Mulch & Recycling

What a racket I've got.

I get to charge people for letting me have fun climbing their trees all day. At the end of the day, we chip the small branches, dump it in long windrows, compost it for a year then sell it back to 'em. The larger pieces are cut and stacked for firewood and we get to sell that back to 'em , too. Some of the trunks are hauled to the sawmill (yes, Virginia, there is a sawmill in West Texas) to be milled into lumber.

So far we haven't sold much lumber, but some of it has been made into some nice Christmas presents. Maybe, someday we will be able to make fine furniture out of trees that you grew. In the meantime, we do enjoy climbing your trees.

We will even give you back the mulch. You may have all you want to shovel. If we load it for you, there is a nominal charge and you need to make arrangements. If you want to drive down from New Jersey to get the mulch, that's ok.
